NYC high kill animal shelter is offering 25 adoption discount

Animal Care Centers of NYC is added to the IDNYC municipal card and offering $25 discount for adoption. The normal fee is $125 for both cats and dogs adoption. The center put animals to sleep after three days holding time regardless making it a high kill location. There are only three locations in NYC, Staten Island, Manhattan and Brooklyn. Queens residents has to go to Brownsville, Brooklyn for adoption and for lost pets when city collects them found on streets. Jeff, the office cat is the first one to get IDNYC card.
