NYC Mayor on reorganizing for that budget control

As of this week, the real estate developers are in a desperate mode as property values and revenues are coming down, unable to finance their debt due to high interest rates. Banks are now lending only to naives to buy their dream homes with higher interest resulting so far 6% in foreclosure this year.

The city's budget is nearly 50% from commercial property taxes and migrants in hotels keeps the budget in place for now over tourism.

Many insiders stated the vaxx mandate was necessary to eliminate a portion of payrolls to save costs but the Mayor refused to respond on that.

Meanwhile, the City of Yes is on campaign roll with developers who are supporting the Comptroller candidate Jenifer Rajkumar from Queens who outraised her opponents. Rajkumar is also a close ally of the Mayor who endorsed her.

So far the rumors are sparking, Jessica Tisch from DSNY to NYPD Commissioner post, James Oddo on DSNY Commissioner, First Deputy Kazimir of DSNY taking over the Dept of Building.

The real estate industry controls NYC and they are keeping campaigns away from the progressive socialists who are kneeling to them but no chance.

As for the Governor, now stated, satisfied with resignations in the Administration of NYC Mayor Adams following the corruption indictment report and reorganizing.

Adams gets stuff done.
