NYC Comptroller reported audit against USTA shortchanged

NYC Comptroller and mayor wannabe Scott Stringer is in Flushing Meadow Corona park issuing a press statement reporting "new audit showing that the USTA Tennis Center shortchanged the City by failing to report tens of millions in revenue." The due owed are lease and discrepancies which are under pending review accusing US Tennis Association of skipping out on $311,000 in back rent. Stringer also accused USTA hasn't been a good neighbor of Queens.Stringer quoted, " We found that the USTA under-reported its revenues by $31 million over four years. Because of that, they've underpaid their rent to NYC by at least $310,000. That's simply unacceptable"
