NYC Comptroller is having press conference tomorrow against the city

Comptroller Scott Stringer who is hinting of running for the next Mayor of NYC will have a press conference tomorrow outlining the Mayor, Dept of Transportation and other city agencies didn't properly prepare for the snow storm leaving a big mess.

One major event is buses and trucks heading LIE eastbound were using the west lanes in the evening forcing alternative route to Manhattan.
