Multiple suspects busted for carjacking incident in Long Island

Police reported an attempted carjacking incident in Long Island. The incident was reported on Saturday in Island Park. Multiple suspects, males, Hispanics living at the Queens migrant facility in Long Island City were taken into custody. From a witness, the victim, a female, was surrounded by the suspects unable to leave the parking lot after shopping locked the door and called 911. Within a few minutes, the SCPD arrived and placed the suspects in custody.

EMS attended to the victim who was shaken but alright.

Charges have been filed.
