Motorcycle accident involving off duty cop in Queens Village

Police reported around 5:45pm, vehicle accident involving a motorcycle. The motorcyclist is an off duty cop and injuries in the result a Queens Village. This is on 222 Street and 100th Avenue. Reported the cop was heading to work at the 105th Precinct when the incident occurred. The officer suffered broken hip. Nassau County PD opened the route to access North Shore in Manhasset.
