More than 5 000 NYCHA residents are without heat

The Legal Aid Society reported for today alone, more than 5,000 residents in NYCHA are without heat and hot water despite the outside temperature at 30 degrees.

The public housing crisis continues despite the HUD chief of New Jersey and New York is checking status.

Another note reported children less than five years old are being taken to hospitals due to cold.

The mayor's office refuse to disclose the status. Meanwhile, NYS Attorney General has not filed a lawsuit regarding the issue since its the same agency matter.
