More restrictions loosened up in NY

Starting April 26, the NY governor announced an increased capacity for movie theaters to 33%. Zoo and museum will be at 50%. As for courts, starting May 24, judges and workers in courts must return to work in-person and are no longer allowed except in medical emergencies. On May 19, sport fans can see increased capacity at arenas to 25%. For restaurants and bars, no updates.
