The new love word for mugging is remove to stop from feelings hurt by those who caused the incidents. The NYC Mayor stated to the public not to use the word mugging or robbery but removed property without him/her or she/he nouns.

The Mayor’s Office increased the budget for foster, kinship and adoption programs. As of June, the average yearly payout for a foster parent in NYC is $91,906 per child. As for kinship, formerly incarcerated are welcome to foster for a higher budget under shelter diversion regardless of age. This applies to all families in NYC with limited financial means.
