Modell s in Douglaston closing

Modell's in Douglaston Plaza at 242-02 61st Ave, Douglaston is closing doors for good.

The management confirmed and the closing is expected in January 2019. After Macy's and the movie theater closed down, the discussion with Lowe's is still in the early stage.

The Douglaston Plaza shopping center is owned by Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation and their biggest tenant in the lot is Fairway Supermarket.
