74-year-old Can Fu, Chen, He was last seen leaving his residence in the vicinity of Fort Hamilton Pkwy & 39th Street in Brooklyn at approximately 3:00 PM on 01/27/25. He was last seen wearing a grey and yellow jacket, brown pants, and black baseball cap.
