Medical emergency forced evacuation in Glen Oaks apartments

On Thursday night around 11:30pm, medical emergency was called to an apartment in Glen Oaks Village Co-op on 247 Street near 77 Crescent. Paramedics and members of FDNY evacuated the building for safety reason while people were sleeping. Those who refused were ordered by NYPD. According to residents, the patient was in the coughing mode and care was taken with extreme caution. Neighbors were notified in such emergency, evacuation is necessary for apartments that is in close proximity.
