McKinsey goes both ways for NY and National

Governor Cuomo and six other governors of the east coast including PA, NJ, CT and etc have hired McKinsey, the leading management consultancy to develop a plan to help re-open the states. The governors are seeking to counter President Trump's pressure to move rapidly.
An staffer for New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said the goal is to "Trump-proof" the plan.
A source to Cuomo's office reported the expenses will run into millions and millions of taxpayer's funds.
Here is something nobody knows. Trump's Officials on Council to Re-Open America team are all have worked for McKinsey or were clients. They are also working with McKinsey on the same plan.
