Mayor di Blasio is promoting Big Apps with 300 000 prizes for all

The fifth annual Big Apps contest will be announced tomorrow by di Blasio which had been successful under then Mayor Bloomberg by giving away $300,000 in cash prizes and other perks to local talents to build a new technology application that will benefit NYC.
