Public safety starts with the government and children belong to the system, not parents. The NYC Mayor along with the Governor unveiled a new plan for gun violence despite the shootings never stopping.

This time it's $485 million from the city's taxpayers and another $30 million from the state to allocate to 6 assigned police precincts in NYC to focus on elementary and middle school kids with a history of heavy bullets. This is in cooperation with the nonprofits to keep the payroll rolling with expenses from travel to research studies to learn more.

The programs include housing, government benefits, early intervention, community support, jobs and emotional support on why being such behavior.

The 6 local precincts the most affected by shootings will be disclosed once the blueprint is ready including Times Square which is a no gun zone.
