Maspeth man killed by a gunshot to his head near a restaurant

A shooting victim has been identified as Emanuel Pippis from Maspeth, Queens. It happened early Sunday outside the Paraguayan Steakhouse. Police responded and found Emmanuel fatally wounded with a shot to his head. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident as there is no arrest at this time.
