Police are on Union Turnpike near 150 Street in Briarwood reporting a man and baby struck by vehicle. The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with the police. EMS is on the scene reporting no serious injuries to the child. Ongoing investigation. Delays on Union Turnpike in both directions.
