Man arrested for causing a serious car accident in Old Westbury

It happened on Sunday, January 25, around 4am in Old Westbury. According to police, Steven M. Bevilacqua, 29, of Commack, was driving a 2003 GMC Envoy traveling eastbound on the Long Island Expressway.
