Mall on extra alert after disturbing incident in Nassau County

The NCPD released information to the public of a disturbing incident at the local mall in Garden City. The incident was reported on Tuesday around 6pm inside the local mall's Sephora store.

After the arrest, the prosecutor at the Nassau County DA's office stated that the perp and victim did not know each other.

The man was charged and arraigned this morning at the court in Hempstead. He pleaded not guilty and was held on bail.
