Male shot dead in Maspeth

Police were called to Maspeth reporting a male was shot to death. The crime occurred around 3:45am outside an eatery in the vicinity of 53rd Drive and 65th Place.

The 44 year old male victim died on the scene not far from his home while headed there.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
