Male hit by train in Massapequa

Police are at the LIRR station in Massapeua reporting a male hit by train. Power is shut down in both directions.

The male is struck between the platform and the train.

ESU is working on the scene.

EMS is standing by.

Delays in both directions.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - Police stated a male fell in-between the train and platform but not hit. ESU removed the male and EMS transported to a local hospital.
