Male hit by train dead in Jackson Heights

Around 6:30am this morning, 7 train headed to Manhattan was shut down at Roosevelt Avenue - 82nd Street Station reporting a male was fatally struck by train.

Train resumed running after 3 hours of investigation.

The medical examiner transported the body pending autopsy.

Ongoing investigation.
