MVA with one auto flipped on Bell Blvd

Police, EMS and FDNY are in front of 38-25 Bell Blvd reporting multiple vehicle accident with one auto flipped upside down.

Two people are trapped inside the vehicle and ESU is on the scene working to remove them. Bell Blvd is closed in both directions between 38 and 39 Avenues.
