Love oooops crime update in the area

Ok, NYPD is advising all to be alert while using the phone. People are getting robbed of their phones.

Jackson Heights, Elmhurst and Corona reported the most knifepoint robberies targeting mainly phones overnight.

The loser suspects target the weak while walking.

Elsewhere in Astoria and Long Island City, suspects use guns to rob people while using mopeds as the getaway accessory. Two people resisted in the vicinity of 33rd Avenue and 11th Street. The suspects fired multiple bullets in the air around 1am last night.

The next location is Flushing where robberies are increasing on College Point Blvd, Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street.
