Love is fading in NYC

The migrants shipping to NYC stopped yesterday after the Biden administration put pressure on the elected officials at the border. For now the migrants will remain in Texas shelters and hotels until the federal government makes a new plan after the NYC Mayor declared a state of emergency last week. As of this week, most of the migrants coming to NYC decided not to use the facilities arranged by the city as they have moved elsewhere. The newly built facility with tents at Randall’s Island is almost empty after bleeding taxpayer’s funds. However, the Mayor’s Office stated the tents will remain for now and will continue to shelter newly arrived migrants after processing in Texas who chose to head to NYC on their own.

Meanwhile, nonprofits and the city hired contractors are broken-hearted due to loss of services after the hype. No service, no pay.
