Love is expanding at Creedmoor

The Mayor’s Office confirmed Creedmoor is on expansion mode with more migrants to add around inside the state facility.

In the coming weeks, the Governor is inviting developer friends to start the planning stages to build affordable housing without the community input since it’s irrelevant and not necessary. The area is a Democratic stronghold so residents are encouraged to build a common ground with the state and city while going on with their lives. 

The state will also send staff to survey the entire lot to determine where the property can be built.

Northeast Queens from the border of Nassau surrounding the newly coming mall at the UBS Arena, Aquaduct extensions, JFK airport redevelopment, Willets Point with sky high towers to the Douglaston area is expected to be under expansion mode to city style over suburban.
