Lordy lordy N Q and R lines delayed again

Police are at Union Square subway station reporting the suspect wanted for attempted robbery and shooting a victim to steal the phone is in custody. The suspect robbed a TD bank yesterday also. Today the same suspect was trying to rob a victim at 7th Avenue and W 28th Street. Then took off but was caught at the Union Square subway station. After arraignment, the suspect will most likely be released due to bail reform.
