Lawsuit to ban e cig in NY took for the worse

Today afternoon, NYC reported the first death from vaping related. The confirmed death of a 17 year old male Bronx teen gave a boost to Governor Cuomo to ban e-cigarettes has the lawsuit in a speedy trial. The judge is expected to make a decision whether to ban or not this week. So far 19 deaths reported from flavored e-cig nationwide.
