One of the largest parking garages in Jamaica is now on the market and the asking price is (gulps) $49 million dollars.

This is at 92-30 165th Street. The 560,000 square feet consisting of 1.8 acres is all ready for mixed development for the new buyer.

The name of this location is Archer Garage, one of the few parking spots available for Jamaica's busy commercial sector.

This long-time location was built in 1966 to meet the parking demand and slowly decreased due to public transportation in the area and rising costs of parking fees.
