LIRR discount for northeast commuters

Local politicians Ed Braunstein and Nily Rozic announced discount for LIRR commuters living in Bayside, Auburndale, Broadway, Douglaston, Little Neck, Murray Hill and Flushing Main Street lines. The 20% discount varies based on the package pass. Example, a commute can save up to $50 for $200 monthly pass. The date of launch has not announced yet and will have to obtain from online with proof of residency.
