Jewelry scammers are out there still

Please keep this note handy - If a female approaches you with a display of jewelry, walk away. Again, walk away.

Just now, a victim was robbed of jewelry in Flushing when a loser female approached showing a necklace and try on. Then remove the original one until the victim realizes what went wrong.

The same suspects are wanted for stealing items at a local Floral Park bridal store last month.

There are 2 females and a male who is the driver of the getaway vehicle, a white SUV.

The incident was reported on Parsons Blvd and 45th Avenue in front of the local hospital where the victim was visiting a family.

EMS reported no injuries but the victim is emotionally shaken.

Ongoing investigation.
