Jericho Turnpike shut down in NHP

Firefighters are on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park reporting all lanes shut down due to a transformer fire from the utility poles.

This is by S 8th Street.

EMS is checking for injuries.

Firefighters are working on the scene.
