JRP is a mess

Jackie Robinson Parkway eastbound at Exit 5 reported overturned vehicle with all lanes closed after 12:30pm. ESU removed all from the vehicle by 1pm. Then another incident reported of tractor trailer hit the overpass causing damages to the truck. This is by the Cyprus Hills Street Exit.

Heavy delays in both directions.

Also delays on the Grand Central Parkways due to this mess.
