JRP closed by Forest Park

Heavy rescue operation on the Jackie Robinson Parkway by the Forest Park due to a vehicle overturned. This is at Exit 4 westbound.

Grand Central Parkway is a mess due to delays going to the route at Kew Gardens Interchange.

EMS, FDNY and ESU are working on the scene.
