It s semi under assault weapons in NY

NY politicians are making raves and waves celebrating gun safety bills being passed in the state. This is all under semi-automatic weapons which falls under assault weapons. Under the gun legislation package, the age to buy a semi automatic rifle is 21 and require a permit for all buyers along with microstamping on shell casings to record the tracking and no civilians can buy armor.

However this does not apply to handguns which was used by civilians in NYC alone that has 1,832 people shot last year with 485 murders not from semi.

Meanwhile in DC, Biden wants semi banned.
