It s mugging season in NYC

While most people were sleeping last night, NYC reported 43 people were robbed but the new term is mugging.

For Queens, 6 people were robbed at the E and F lines from Union Turnpike to Jamaica Station. Police released a pic of one of the suspects from the incident.

3 delivery workers were robbed.

For the local area, a female victim was robbed on Union Turnpike and Parsons Blvd last night around 11:30pm in Fresh Meadows. Two victims were robbed on Hillside Avenue between Springfield Blvd and Francis Lewis Blvd.

One stretch on 74 Street reported gang activities. On February 8, police reported multiple shots fired by 95th Street around 2:30am.

The same incidents were reported in South Jamaica where ESU recovered shell casings.
