The NY governor announced today the rate of vaxxies is 69.9%. That's point one short of 70% to lift almost all restrictions in the state. RONA press briefs are adios from both the governor and NYC mayor. Now it's all on the elections and budget balancing with fed support. Now comes the fine print from the governor, "It doesn't mean when we hit 70% it's over. It means it's working. It means we're doing well, but it also means, keep going."
