Human remains identified from SSP westbound

On Saturday, the NCPD reported human remains found on the Southern State Parkway westbound by Exit 41 in Islip has been identified. The remains are identified as 20 year old Isaiah Henriquez missing since April 8, 2023 in Suffolk County.

Detectived confirmed this is a homicide case.

The Suffolk County police have been searching fanatically after he was last seen on the Poospatuck Reservation.

Police will continue to be active on the Southern State Parkway for ongoing investigation.
