Homicide suspect hiding in Kew Gardens from George busted

Police reported a homicide suspect from Georgia was busted in Kew Gardens on February 19 on Metropolitan Avenue. The suspect identified as Miata, 29 was apprehended by US Marshals and NYPD Fugitive Task Force with a loaded rifle. Currently at Rikers awaiting for the court date, February 24 for extradition hearing to be sent back to Georgia.
