Homicide investigation reported in Kew Garden Hills

The NYPD reported a dead body was found slashed in Kew Garden Hills. The incident was reported on Tuesday evening when cops received a call for a welfare check. Further investigation confirmed the body of a male, around 55 found under the bed stuffed inside a garbage bag.

This is on 70th Avenue near 137th Street.

The medical examiner transported the body to conduct an autopsy.

Police stated the victim didn't live at the address and two people are under questioning.

The investigation continues.
