Homicide investigation in Queens Village

Police are investigating the death of Cindy Boyle, 45 who was found unconscious in the bath tub of her apartment. The incident happened on September 13 around 12:05am on 86 Drive and 209 Street in Queens Village. Police reported she was found unconscious and was taken to Jamaica Hospital where she died. The city's medical examiner reported on April 26 the death was due to homicide. Ongoing investigation.
