Hola OMG the millions prime spot in Flushing

Remember Roosevelt Avenue from Main Main Street to Union Street once had the fundamental needs for household items people would throng to Flushing on weekends.

Well, that effort made downtown Flushing the most expensive commercial spot in Queens for anything goes.

The lot, 136-82/86A Roosevelt Avenue hit the market and it's GULPS, $13 million at $2,600 per square feet.

All units are occupied by tenants where rent goes easily over $10,000 a month.

It is listed with Chous Realty Group.

The 5,000 square feet with 50 by 100 size with just 2 stories has zoning for 3 or 4 stories which is seen on the opposite side of Roosevelt Avenue which can go for easy $25 to $30 million if demand is high.

Flushing Corona vicinity is a developer's dream with the new soccer stadium and long optimistic casino most likely to approve for the same area.
