Hit and run on GCP westbound

Grand Central Parkway westbound at Francis Lewis Blvd, a motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle and the driver took off. The vehicle is a Honda sedan dark color. The motorcyclist lost control and fell to the parkway. A police vehicle cruising through hit the motorcycle. All lanes closed on the westbound. Heavy police, EMS, FDNY and ESU on the scene.
