Hit and run in Ozone Park

Police closed off Rockaway Blvd and 103rd Avenue reporting hit and run. The suspect?s vehicle crashed toward another vehicle which flipped upside down. The vehicle that was upside down has two people in critical condition and were Uber passengers. The two suspects, driver and passenger that hit the vehicle took off on foot. Police are searching around. Reported the victims are not breathing. Ongoing investigation.
