Heritage Village proposed at the former Sears location in Hicksville

Sabre, a development company is proposing 425 unit mixed use of residential and commercial at the former Sears location, 195 North Broadway in Hicksville. The public is invited for the hearing on March 10 at 7pm in Hicksville High School, 180 Division Avenue. The company will present the details. The 26.4 acres if approved will feature restaurants, cinema, fitness center and more. Seritage, the company that handles the real estate investments will demolish the buildings.
