Heavy search for a missing 12 year old in Bellerose

Police closed off 80th Avenue by 252nd Street reporting a 12 year old missing after school was out. Reported she is a student at MS 172 and didn’t come home. As of now police are searching the area for the 12 year old. The female is Bangladeshi origin. Police believe she is in the local vicinity. If seen call 911.

Update - She is found after a reader alerted 911 matching the description.
