Ground stops at airports

The FAA reported ground stops of all departing flights at JFK, LGA, Teteroro, MacArthur and Newark Airports. This is due to quarantine scheduled at all air traffic control centers after virus exposure issue. Arrivals are advised to return to their origin takeoff. Travelers are advised not to go the listed airports. No time estimate for resume of flights. Also, PAPD ordered ground transports to leave the premise including taxis.
Update - FAA lifts brief virus-related suspension of flights to NYC-area, Philadelphia airports after 30 minutes instead of several hours. However, authorities confirmed one air traffic controller tested positive at The New York Terminal Radar Approach Control in Westbury which is now closed.
