Gender neutral bathrooms to become law

Mayor di Blasio signed the bill to have gender neutral bathrooms to become law on January 1st today. Beside a single stall restroom identified for all to use at any establishments in NYC, there is another announcement. If there are more than one restroom, the establishment must add another gender neutral bathroom. Example, if there are two restrooms with one for men and the other for women, one must be gender neutral while the other is for either men or women. Most are assuming one will be exclusive for women but not confirmed. So if there is a long line at women's restroom, women can use the other restroom which will be gender neutral that men also use. However, Mayor di Blasio did not state of such practice if there are more than 2 restrooms in any establishment. The new design will be announced soon.
