Fugitive search in Queens Village

Last night around midnight, police received an anonymous tip of a wanted suspect, a female who was on the run from a crime.

By the time, the US Marshals and the Fugitive Task Force arrived, the suspect managed to escape from the medical rehab location on the corner of Hillside Avenue and 212th Street in Queens Village.

The suspect has not been apprehended and believed to be in the vicinity. The search continues.

The law enforcement didn't disclose the details of the crime.
