Fourth suspect arrested for alleged involvement with ISIS

Samuel Rahamin Topaz, 21 of Fort Lee was arrested during a raid at his home in New Jersey on Thursday, June 18. FBI accused Ropaz of involving with ISIS, a terrorist network group after an investigation.
